I love coming here for their gukbap (beef & cabbage soup with rice). This is also the only thing on their menu haha! You can pick between spicy or not spicy version but I prefer the spicy version. You will also get banchan on the side, my favorite is the fluffy fried eggs they serve with the soup. They really specialize on this and it always hits the spot, especially on a chilly fall day. I came on a rainy afternoon and there was a decent amount of people. Limited seats so sometimes there can be a waitlist. I always recommend to my friends and family that love soup, 10/10!

Our go-to comfort meal spot!! They only serve one thing on their menu — an oxtail soup with glass noodles which comes with a selection of delicious sides including a bowl of piping hot white rice, rolled eggs, radish kimchi, and seaweed. The staff here is very kind and welcoming despite limited english. Definitely earned its spot on our rotation of local restaurants

it was good, but ultimately it’s not mindblowing. if you haven’t heard already, this is a one dish restaurant. it only serves one thing: korean beef soup (spicy or non-spicy) for $20 at the time of review (may 2025) imo, pretty unique because i’ve never came across another restaurant that only serves one dish. but with all the raving reviews, i was expecting it to taste really really yummy. it was not the case in my personal opinion, but it was a very great experience nonetheless. INSANELY quick service with plenty of refills on the banchan (side dishes, which consisted of seaweed, kimchi radish, steamed eggs, jalapeños, and soybean paste) overall, would recommend if you’re in the area! not so sure if it’s a place you’d make the trek to, though 6.5/10

The place was packed when we walked in on a Saturday. We only waited 5 minutes to be sat. They serve only one dish either in spicy or non spicy. The broth had good umami and the beef was very tender. The side dishes were refilled a few times also.

Parksanbal is such a unique restaurant — they serve only one item, beef bone broth soup, and it’s absolutely delicious! The flavor is rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an authentic and satisfying meal!
